You can support GlobalGiving or an eligible nonprofit partner through a qualified charitable distribution (QCD) from your IRA.
You can start a QCD through our partnership with FreeWill. You can also arrange a QCD directly through your IRA custodian or financial advisor.
If you would like your QCD to support GlobalGiving or one of our nonprofit partners, please ask your IRA custodian or financial advisor to include the following information with the payment or donation letter:
- Your name
- Your email address or physical mailing address
- Details about where you would like your gift designated
Providing this information helps us identify your gift, honor your intended designation, and provide documentation for your records.
