From your GlobalGiving Dashboard:
- On the left-hand side of your screen, click on “Thank You Notes.” This will bring you to the Thank You Notes manager.
- Click on “Manage Templates” at the top of your page.
- Click on “Create New Template” at the top-right of your page.
- Name your template so you can easily remember its contents and purpose later.
- Write the subject line and body of the thank you note email.
- Optionally, upload a photo to include in your thank you note. Place it in your email by typing [image] in the body text.
- When you’re finished, click “Save New Template.”
- Assign your new template to a segment by clicking “Set Automation Rules” at the top of your screen.
Be sure to save the template as something you remember to make it easy to use the next time!
