What happens when gift cards aren’t redeemed?

If a GlobalGiving Gift Card isn’t redeemed before it expires, any remaining balance is donated to the GlobalGiving Fund.

The GlobalGiving Fund uses these funds to provide matching funds and other grant incentives for projects on GlobalGiving.
