GlobalGiving supports eligible faith-based organizations when funds are used solely for secular community activities.
Activities supported through GlobalGiving must:
- Serve a secular purpose
- Not provide faith-based instruction or education
- Not encourage or require participants to learn about or adhere to the organization’s faith-based beliefs
GlobalGiving does not support evangelism or proselytizing, programs that require exposure, adherence to, or conversion to religious doctrine, or activities that promote a particular faith-based belief.
Because faith-based education does not meet these requirements, funds raised through GlobalGiving cannot be used for faith-based instruction or education.
